Ashlyn is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nonfiction English Writing and was a member of the cheerleading team. She received her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. During law school, Ashlyn was selected for the Dean’s Leadership Fellows Program and Scholarship and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing. She also gained valuable hands-on experience preparing estate plans for clients in the Wills and Healthcare Decisions Clinic.
Ashlyn’s practice focuses on elder law and related areas, including traditional estate planning, Medicaid eligibility, Veterans benefits planning, personal injury settlement planning, and special needs planning, all with a particular emphasis on the needs of aging clients and individuals with disabilities. In addition, she assists clients with estate and trust administration.
In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys traveling with her husband, playing the piano, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
