Julian Gray is the founder and managing attorney of Julian Gray Associates. Over the past 30 years Julian and his team have assisted thousands of clients and their families navigating challenging issues in Estate Planning with an emphasis on disability issues, tax planning, real estate and asset protection planning. He received his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
Julian practices in the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning and Administration, Tax and Veterans Benefits eligibility. However, his area of focus is helping injury victims in Settlement Planning. He has earned a national reputation in the area of Settlement Planning and has overseen over a half billion dollars of settlement awards for his clients. Prominent litigators frequently reach out to Julian to provide counsel on important issues involving eligibility for various government programs and tax planning. Julian has been a Certified Elder Law Attorney for over 20 years and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Elder Law Foundation which is the governing body for all Certified Elder Law Attorneys in the United States. Julian is also a member and former Director of the Special Needs Alliance, which is a national, nonprofit organization of disability planning attorneys accepted by invitation. Julian is a frequent lecturer and author for continuing legal education and has co-authored a monthly column on Elder Law in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette for over a decade.
