As Operations Manager, Lori oversees key aspects of the firm’s operations and human resources, helping to ensure the practice runs efficiently and that both staff and systems are well-supported. She plays a central role in implementing processes, streamlining workflows, and supporting the firm’s continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service.
Lori grew up in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania. She began her career working with patients and families as a social worker in skilled nursing facilities, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy and compassionate care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Slippery Rock University. She went on to receive her Master of Social Work from California University of Pennsylvania.
