Rhagan started working with Julian in 2006, and works closely with our clients assisting them and our firm’s attorneys with Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration matters.
Rhagan attended the University of Pittsburgh and Duff’s Business Institute of Pittsburgh. She has an Associate Degree in Paralegal and Legal Studies and has been working in the legal field for over 30 years. She concentrates in the areas of Medicaid eligibility and asset protection planning.
