Suzie has 25 years of experience working at multiple levels of the healthcare delivery system, including skilled nursing ( short term rehab and long term care) home health, hospice and outpatient rehabilitation. In her roles as a referral manager, admission direction, account liaison, and rehabilitation liaison, she has focuses on educating patients, families, and clinicians and assisting them to gain access to the appropriate levels of care. Suzie received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services Administration from Chatham College.
